Error 80: CES 1 and CES 2 Fault

The safety PLC has detected there is a fault with either the CES1 or CES2 safety contactor. This could indicate a fused contactor or faulty auxiliary contacts. The fault must be cleared and the safety PLC must be reset.

What to do now

E‑stop the saw, release the E‑stop button and hold down CONTROL button for at least 5 seconds then release.

What to do next

  1. Shut down power and try to blow out and rattle the CES1 and CES2 safety contactors in the left-hand electrical cabinet.
  2. If the problem persists, contact Vekta Automation for assistance.
